Indian prankster beer prank sparks social media fury after he pretended to toss a beer cup at a woman on the street
Social media is furious with an Indian prankster for pretending to toss a beer cup at an unfamiliar woman. For all the wrong reasons, his video, which was posted on the “Prank Buzz” Instagram page, went viral.
The much-maligned prank
As several of the young people in the video were spotted carrying bags, it is possible that the man was standing on a busy thoroughfare outside of a college. The man himself was carrying a beer mug.
He was observed going up to a group of girls in their college years and asking them if they had water. One of the girls informed him that she was out of water after kindly checking her bottle. She was shocked when the man abruptly feigned to hurl his beer at her.
At that point, it became apparent that the beer cup was a fake; it was filled with unremovable phony beer rather than actual beer.
His prank’s victim, however, was not amused. She then screamed at the man. She could be heard repeatedly exclaiming, “It’s not funny,” in the now-viral footage. Other ladies who stopped and offered criticism right away also offered the girl support.

In a nation where crimes against women are common and acid assaults are especially common, several viewers criticized the guy, stating that his joke was cruel.
As if being a woman and having to deal with harassment, catcalling, and eve teasing on the streets weren’t enough. One X user said, “Now you have to worry about these dumb pranksters too.”
Another X user remarked, “I would have given him a hard slap.” A third referred to the practical joker as a “loser.”
