India Anti-Terrorism Stance: India has “resolved determination” against terrorism, according to Shashi Tharoor.
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor stated in Guyana on Sunday that India will never permit anybody to “get away with impunity” after killing its citizens, sending a strong message against Pakistan’s assistance for cross-border terrorism. Leading a multi-party delegation to inform the world of New Delhi’s firm stance against Islamabad’s overt support of cross-border terrorism, the Kerala politician stated that India will not only bring “evil killers to justice” but also take on those who finance, train, and equip terrorists.
We have a very clear message. No matter where it occurs, we must oppose terrorism. After a visit of the United States, Tharoor landed in Georgetown on Sunday and stated, “We have to not only bring the evil killers to justice, but we must also seriously challenge those who are financing them, training them, equipping them, and directing them to do their evil.”
He stated that New Delhi has reached a stage of “resolved determination” against terrorism, pointing out that India has been plagued by it for forty years.
The Indian diaspora in Guyana was also asked by Shashi Tharoor to back India’s determination to combat terrorism inspired by Pakistan.
We are asking everyone to stand with us in showing our courage, resolution, and support in the event that this type of behavior occurs again in the future. Thus, this is the reason we are traveling,” he continued.
Which individuals make up Shashi Tharoor’s delegation?
Shambhavi Chaudhary (Lok Janshakti Party), Sarfaraz Ahmed (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha), G M Harish Balayagi (Telugu Desam Party), Shashank Mani Tripathi, Tejaswi Surya, and Bhubaneswar K Lata (all from the BJP), Mallikarjun Devda (Shiv Sena), and Taranjit Singh Sandhu, a former Indian Ambassador to the United States, are all part of Shashi Tharoor’s delegation.
