The BDA’s decision to keep legal heirs out of the conversation was criticized by the NPKL Open Forum in a news statement.
It is not only unfair but also goes against the spirit and object of the RERA order to restrict representation to site owners’ dependents, who are equally impacted by the BDA’s shortcomings and frequently suffer the most as a result. The forum said.

In support of the authority’s position, BDA Commissioner N Jayaram clarified that although the meeting was only supposed to have five attendees, more than fifteen showed up. The remaining 10% is being worked on,” he stated.

The BDA has not yet finished the basic infrastructure, despite site allottees having paid in full over ten years ago. This has long been a source of dissatisfaction. Numerous individuals assert that the lack of electrical connections in various areas has prevented the start of home development.
