Owaisi is a member of the delegation headed by Baijayant Jay Panda, an MP for the Bharatiya Janata Party. The team also includes former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, former Indian diplomat Harsh Shringla, BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey, Phangnon Konyak, Rekha Sharma, and Satnam Singh Sandhu.
